International Livestock Expo and 21st National Milk Week

Agricultural Council of Tanzania (ACT), Tanzania Dairy Board (TDB) and TANTRADE under the support of key Ministries of Agriculture; Livestock and Fisheries and Foreign Affairs is staging the first National Livestock Expo in Tanzania, which will be held from 30th May to 1st June 2018, at Themi Exhibition Grounds, Arusha Tanzania. This expo will include exhibitions, livestock conference and the 21st National Milk Week promotion event. The event will involve various stakeholders from within and outside the country. The theme of the event is: Unleashing Tanzania Livestock Potential for Industrialization and Development. Apart from main theme there are will be five (5) sub theme namely: * Enhancing high productivity through better animal breeding techniques * Proper animal feeds and maximum utilization of local available feeds resources * Cutting edge technologies on commercial livestock production and processing * Develop and strengthens Dairy value chain in Tanzania: What are critical success factors * Marketing of livestock and livestock products
