Our organization Global Dairy Farmers gives progressive dairy farmers and other dairy experts a platform to enhance their knowledge, gather ideas for new business ventures and see how the world can keep on producing great dairy in the far future. Our people come from all corners of the world. The knowledge and entrepreneurship of our leading dairy farmers and decisionmakers in the dairy industry are overwhelming and is gathered through our network. Every year we organize a congress to get everyone together. Last year we went to Indonesia, please have a look at the program and video at: http://www.globaldairyfarmers.com/previous-congresses This year our congress takes place in Western-Europe: we look at global and subsequently local trends, find out about the impact of big data and smart dairy farming and what is new in this scene and end up by visiting best practice dairy farmers in added value and direct selling. We have high level speakers such as Lely CEO - Alexander van der Lely, FrieslandCampina president - Frans Keurentjes, WWF Director Sustainable Food - Sandra Vijn, Prof. Dr. Folkhard Isermeyer - president Thünen Institute and many more! Of course we also visit several succesful and inspirational dairy farmers. We start in Berlin, go through to Utrecht/Amsterdam and finish in Bologna. Currently our participants come from more than 15 different countries. Dairy farmers and other dairy experts from all over the world. Dairy farmers and business partners with all different approaches, visions and ideas. Do you see yourself as a progressive dairy farmer? Then join us in June!
